Hotel Manager / Resident Manager

HR Manager

  • Any university graduate, preferably Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management
  • Age between 30-45 years old
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in related job
  • Ability to understand the principle of employment practice and labor law
  • Knowledge of all HR functions of HRM and HRD
  • Demonstrable experience in MS Office, especially Access and Excel
  • Leadership & communication skill

HR Officer

  • Male / Female
  • Any university graduate
  • Age between 25-35 years old
  • Must have minimum 2 years work experience in related job
  • Must have knowledge in HR policies and procedures
  • Computer literate
  • Good command of English

Chief Engineer

  • Male
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in hotel property maintenance operations
  • Ability to manage all engineering and maintenance operations
  • Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects
  • Preventive maintenance and energy conservation
  • Ability to lead the emergency response team
  • Excellent skill of problem solving and decision-making
  • Strong leadership skill and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of English
